'WIP - Draft for discussion' 아태지역 사회공헌 Call 문서에 적혀있던 표현입니다. WIP (work in process) 작업 중인 (변경 가능한) 문서라고 이해하시면 됩니다.
2) status quo 현재의 상황, 현상
라틴어에서 유래한 표현이라고 하네요. The status quo is the state of affairs that exists at a particular time, especially in contrast to a different possible state of affairs. eg. They have no wish for any change in the status quo.
IBM에서는 개인이 목표 설정을 하는데요. 좋은 목표는 SMART 조건을 충족해야 한다고 합니다. SMART의 다섯 가지 dimension은 'Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timebound'입니다.
